Canterbury Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Dr. Martin was born in Indianapolis, Indiana and raised in the country south of Greenfield, Indiana. He attended the University of Texas at San Antonio where he studied biology. He received his dental degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry. He then spent six years at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota were he received his medical degree and training in oral and maxillofacial surgery.

Upon completion of his training at the Mayo Clinic, Dr. Martin and his family moved to Hays, Kansas in 1999. His free time is mostly spent with family and church activities. Dr. Martin especially enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.  Also, he enjoys preparing barbecue for his family and friends and competing with his barbecue team in local and regional contests.
